Right now I am working 3 jobs (nannying, sales, and bartender/server at a Country Club) and putting my apartment together-- it is no excuse but I have been extremellyyyyy unhealthy! My diet has been consisting of sugary foods and coffee--- lotssssss of coffee. Unhealthy, obscene amounts of coffee. I am working random hours of the day, and not putting in the time to exercise. She has an amazing body for being an almost 50 mother-of-three (she's gonna kill me if she reads this!) but hasn't taken the time to take care of herself over the past decade or so.
